Capital to Coast is a multi-stage 100km foot race that runs from Canberra to the New South Wales South Coast over the weekend of 28-30 August 2026. Split across nine stages on fire trails, dirt roads and singletrack, it can be tackled solo or as a relay team of up to four, and caters to a surprising range of experience levels.
It is one of the ACT region's signature endurance events, as much a point-to-point adventure across the ranges to the sea as a race.
