Central Victoria's favourite community fun run from Rosalind Park, with a half marathon down to a 1km kids' dash.

The Bendigo Fun Run is a much-loved community event in the heart of the central Victorian goldfields, starting and finishing in the leafy surrounds of Rosalind Park in downtown Bendigo. With a relaxed, family-friendly vibe and a course through the historic city streets, it's a highlight of the regional running calendar and a great cause to boot, raising funds for the Bendigo Health Foundation.
Choose from a half marathon for the serious runners, a 10km, a 5km fun run or walk, a 3km short course, and a 1km Kids' Dash for the little ones. Runners, joggers, walkers, families and wheelchair participants are all welcome, making it a genuine all-comers morning.
Early autumn in Bendigo can be warm, so get there early and bring a hat and water. Rosalind Park is a beautiful spot to gather, with the city's cafes and the famous Conservatory Gardens nearby for a post-run wander. Register online in advance, and consider setting up a fundraising page to support local health services. It's an easy, enjoyable event that's perfect for first-timers and families.
