The August round of the Sydney Striders 10K Series falls on Saturday 7 August 2027 — the club races the first Saturday of every month from February to November. The 2026 edition was run on the sealed clifftop roads of North Head at Manly, pairing harbour and ocean views with an honest 10km, exposed to whatever the winter morning delivers. The series rotates between North Head, Lane Cove National Park and Sydney Olympic Park, so check the club calendar closer to the date for the 2027 venue.
Like every race in the series, it is a low-key, well-run club event: free for Sydney Striders members, with casual entry for visitors aged 15 and up. Sponsored by Pace Athletics.
