The Mornington Peninsula's sell-out trail classic, a 28km and 56km point-to-point across the spine of the peninsula.

The Two Bays Trail Run is one of Victoria's most beloved trail races, a January tradition that links Port Phillip and Western Port bays across the spine of the Mornington Peninsula. It sells out every single year, and for good reason: stunning coastal bush, a friendly grassroots vibe, and just the right amount of suffering.
The 28km runs point-to-point from Dromana to Cape Schanck along the Two Bays Walking Track. The brutal 56km is the full out-and-back — Dromana to Cape Schanck and all the way home again — a proper ultra that's become a rite of passage for Melbourne trail runners. Both follow singletrack, fire roads and beach, with a few sharp climbs to keep you honest.
Enter the second registrations open — it genuinely sells out fast. January in Victoria can be hot, so train in the heat, carry enough water and respect the cut-offs on the 56km. The finish at Cape Schanck is spectacular. If you're new to trail, the 28km is a fantastic first ultra-style adventure; if you're chasing the 56km, bank some long back-to-back runs over summer.
