Trail Run Australia's Port Stephens event is the brand's newest addition: a two-day coastal trail stage race held over the weekend of 19–20 September 2026, based at the Fingal Bay Foreshore on the NSW mid-north coast. Across two days, runners race different courses through Tomaree National Park and along the Tomaree Coastal Walk, linking rugged headlands, flowing singletrack and pristine beaches from Shoal Bay to Birubi Beach at Anna Bay, with overall winners crowned on cumulative time.
There is a distance for every level: the 57km Ultra (a 25km Saturday stage plus a 32km Sunday finale), a two-day Marathon, and shorter 24km and 12km options, with every distance also available as a single Saturday-only or Sunday-only run down to 6km. It is scenic, well-organised trail running with a genuine adventure feel, on some of the most spectacular coastline in the state.
