Raffertys Coastal Run is one of NSW's most loved trail events, run each July from Raffertys Resort on the shores of Lake Macquarie. The trails wind through Wallarah National Park and the Munmorah State Conservation Area, taking in the lake, the coast and the historic village of Catherine Hill Bay, with 12km, 22km and 36km options. It's a well-organised, scenic day on genuine coastal trail — and it sells out every year, so a waitlist is the norm once entries close.
